Yangqin

The yanggeum is a traditional Korean instrument with the metal strings stretched over a trapezoidal sounding board, like a hammered dulcimer. 14 groups of strings divided by 2 frets produce different pitches of the instrument. Tremolo technique of the instrument gives the yanggeum a special timbre.
